Tanya’s New Adventure
Well, the news has already been circulating a good bit, so many of you know it already. But Tanya is planning to start seminary in the Fall. She’s been accepted to Baptist Theological Seminary of Richmond, where she’ll start work on her MDiv. This has been a long time coming, and it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise – after all, Tanya and Jon were ordained together, and she has already served in ministry positions. This is just the next step in her journey.
This is an exciting but nervous step, of course. In several ways, God has shown this is the path he wants her to take. Tanya’s already received a Legacy Scholarship from the Virginia Baptist Foundation, and will likely receive more scholarships from others in the near future. God has also confirmed her calling and this step through the encouragement of her family, friends, and our wonderful church family.
Thanks for your prayers for us as Tanya gears up for a very different kind of adventure!

Wonderful! I know you will do very well in your studies and in continuing ministry as God leads. AH and I are so proud and blessed to have you in our family.
